Logistics, Warehouse & Transport Operations Manager

Role Summary

The Logistics, Warehouse & Transport Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of Nadola Enterprises’ end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and transport functions. This role ensures efficient movement, storage, and delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, cost control, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement integrated logistics, warehouse, and transport strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Provide executive oversight across supply chain operations, fleet management, and storage facilities
  • Set performance standards, policies, and operational controls

Logistics Operations

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, freight coordination, and delivery scheduling
  • Manage third-party logistics providers, vendors, and partners
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in documentation, handling, and transport

Warehouse Management

  • Direct warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
  • Implement inventory accuracy systems, audits, and loss-prevention measures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within warehouse facilities

Transport & Fleet Management

  • Manage transport operations and vehicle fleets, including acquisition, maintenance, and utilization
  • Enforce driver safety standards and transport regulations
  • Optimize routing, fuel efficiency, and delivery timelines

Financial & Risk Management

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets and cost controls
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented

People & Performance Management

  • Lead, develop, and supervise logistics, warehouse, and transport teams
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and operational discipline

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, and transport operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of freight operations, fleet management, inventory systems, and regulatory compliance
