Role Summary
The Travel Agency Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of Nadola Enterprises’ travel agency services. The role ensures efficient travel planning, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and profitable service delivery across local and international travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Manage day-to-day travel agency operations, including ticketing, reservations, and itinerary planning
- Supervise travel consultants and administrative staff
- Ensure accurate processing of bookings, documentation, and payments
Customer & Client Services
- Deliver high-quality customer service and professional travel advisory support
- Handle complex travel requests, changes, cancellations, and customer concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
Compliance & Industry Relations
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, airline policies, and industry standards
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel partners
- Stay informed on visa requirements, travel advisories, and destination regulations
Sales & Business Development
- Develop travel packages and service offerings aligned with market demand
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention strategies
- Prepare pricing, quotations, and promotional plans
Financial & Administrative Control
- Monitor sales performance, commissions, and operating expenses
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management review
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor travel agency staff
- Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations
- Foster a professional, service-focused work culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in travel agency operations, including a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of airline booking systems and travel documentation
